Frontend Developer (Remote) – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this fully remote position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges to improve model performance. The role is project‑based, asynchronous and suitable for developers at any experience level.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience – junior, mid‑level or senior candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
