Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid)

About the role

XeXe is rebuilding the platform layer behind cross‑border payments for corporate and consumer clients. We are looking for a mid‑level full‑stack engineer who can own problems end‑to‑end, from API design and frontend experience to backend services, production reliability, and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features that move money and manage multi‑currency balances across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement and related services.
• Develop customer‑facing features, covering both UI and the underlying services.
• Own production services, ensuring reliability, observability, on‑call duties and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, design and compliance teams from problem framing through launch.
• Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalents) daily for prototyping, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Help modernise legacy components by migrating them to the new stack alongside architects and team leads.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product and design.
• Experience with AWS services and hands‑on deployment of cloud‑native components.

Required skills

• Frontend: Vue.js, React or equivalent.
• Backend: C#.NET (Java, Kotlin, Go acceptable alternatives).
• SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• AWS services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS and Lambda.
• Agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or equivalents).
• CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
• Service‑oriented or micro‑services architecture.
• Responsive design, accessibility and web performance best practices.
