Fund Raising Associate (Strategy & Partners)

About the role

The Fund Raising Associate supports UNICEF Chile’s Private Fundraising and Partnerships area by delivering technical and operational assistance for offline donor acquisition campaigns. Reporting to the Fundraising Officer (Acquisition), the role ensures coordinated implementation, timely follow‑up, and accurate monitoring of campaign performance and costs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the planning, execution, and monitoring of offline acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and operational partners to ensure campaign timelines and quality standards are met.
• Track and analyse expenditure, donor volumes, and performance indicators to inform management decisions.
• Prepare reliable reports and data summaries for senior staff and stakeholders.
• Contribute inputs for strategy development, content creation, and timeline setting for acquisition campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience at a GS‑6 level or equivalent in fundraising, partnership development, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring results and preparing actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is an advantage.
