About the role
Inchcape Americas is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the regional aftersales strategy across the Americas. You will drive growth in parts and service, ensure profitability, and enhance the customer experience while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the Regional Aftersales Strategy, establishing standards, operating models and governance across markets.
- Create and manage the Regional Aftersales Center of Expertise, consolidating knowledge and scaling best practices.
- Partner with market Aftersales leaders to develop the spare‑parts business and improve overall Aftersales performance.
- Set, monitor and act on key KPIs to optimise profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Align and influence regional and local stakeholders in a matrix environment to ensure consistent results.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, business development or product management roles within service‑oriented industries.
- At least 3 years in a leadership/management position.
- Proven track record of leading process standardisation and implementing best‑practice initiatives.
- Advanced level of English.
