Hotel Receptionist (Full-time, Live-in accommodation)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and friendly receptionist to join the busy front‑desk team at Les Rocquettes Hotel. This full‑time position includes the option of live‑in accommodation and offers the chance to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide accurate information.
• Take, modify and confirm reservations using the hotel booking system.
• Advise guests on available packages, offers and local attractions.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.
• Perform general administrative tasks associated with daily operations.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience working in a hotel reception or similar hospitality role.
• Team player who can also work independently and prioritize workload.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage shift and weekend rota.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good computer skills for handling reservations and administrative duties.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication abilities.
