Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function, modernize talent acquisition processes and align people management with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full HR cycle including recruitment, compensation, performance management and employee development.
• Implement and optimise recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems, digital platforms and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Dominican Republic labour legislation (Ministry of Labour, TSS, DGII).
• Manage organisational climate, culture, wellbeing and employee engagement programmes.
• Oversee payroll, monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, labour cost) and manage the department budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Management, Organizational Development or similar (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience applying new recruitment technologies and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Dominican Labour Code and HRIS systems.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and strategic vision.

• Human Resources Information System (HRIS) proficiency.
• Employer branding and digital recruitment platforms.
