Human Resources Partner – LATAM Builder Experience

About the role

The Human Resources Partner for the Builder Experience team supports AWS Builders across Latin America, both in corporate offices and data‑center sites. You will drive HR strategies, monitor employee sentiment, and partner with leaders to continuously improve the Builder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders, Data Center Operations, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to design and implement HR strategies covering talent, performance, compensation and employee relations.
• Leverage Builder listening mechanisms and sentiment data to produce regular updates and actionable recommendations for site leadership.
• Conduct weekly Gemba Go See walks to engage directly with Builders and gather on‑the‑ground insights.
• Translate sentiment trends into HR initiatives that align with operational goals.
• Provide consulting, influence and problem‑solving across multiple teams to resolve HR issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar role within a large, fast‑paced organization.
• Strong consulting and influencing abilities, capable of managing multiple scenarios simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends, interpret data and communicate insights to senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across LATAM sites.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
