About the role
We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, remote opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
- Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
- Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
