Lead Mobile App Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. Based in Chile and working remotely, you will combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership to shape our mobile product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define and enforce technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate external APIs, data sources, and third‑party services.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and monitor live app performance.
• Continuously optimize code for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive architectural decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
