Linux System Administrator – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Linux System Administrator to join its global, fully‑remote team. You will manage and optimise Linux‑based infrastructure that supports critical business operations for leading technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Linux server and cloud environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux systems, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect system integrity.
• Automate routine administration tasks using configuration‑management tools and scripting.
• Manage database and application server environments and resolve complex system issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Linux system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, performance tuning and security best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
