Luxury Butler – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Butler to deliver personalized, high‑end service to VIP, celebrity and high‑net‑worth guests. The role involves preparing and maintaining guest suites, coordinating in‑suite dining and amenities, and ensuring every detail aligns with ultra‑luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest suites according to individual preferences and company standards.
• Provide in‑suite services such as fine dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, and shoeshine.
• Maintain accurate guest history records and communicate with supervisors and other departments for seamless service recovery.
• Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, spas, shore excursions and private tours.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, inventory control and public‑health compliance in suites and assigned areas.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of Butler or guest‑facing service experience in a luxury environment.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and conversational proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, etc.).
• Professional Butler or luxury service certification (e.g., International Butler Academy).
• Strong emotional intelligence, resourceful thinking and knowledge of conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of VIP and high‑net‑worth guest expectations.
