New Graduate Nurse – Liberty Campus

About the role

We are seeking a newly licensed Registered Nurse to join our Liberty Campus team through the Graduate Nurse Residency program. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers the opportunity to provide professional nursing care while developing clinical competencies in a supportive hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care through comprehensive patient assessment, documentation, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Execute unit‑specific care plans for the target patient population.
• Coordinate care delivery and patient education in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary health‑care team.
• Adhere to organizational policies and safety standards while performing assigned clinical duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – newly licensed RN (up to 6 months experience) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) credential – Missouri or compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
