Office Manager & HR Coordinator – Santiago

About the role

We are launching a new office in Santiago, Chile and need a proactive Office Manager / HR Coordinator to build the workspace from the ground up and provide essential HR support. This full‑time, onsite position will be the face of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a professional physical workspace, handling reception, mail, security and health‑safety compliance.
• Manage vendors, procure office supplies, furniture and IT hardware, and coordinate workstation setup with IT.
• Oversee office meals, refreshments, insurances, invoicing and vehicle logistics.
• Organise team‑building events and act as a local culture ambassador.
• Maintain employee files according to the Chilean Labor Code and support payroll inputs, health‑insurance and benefits administration.
• Handle local onboarding logistics, legal documentation collection and assist global talent teams with interview coordination.
• Keep the employee handbook and HRIS records up‑to‑date and audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in office management or HR coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean labor regulations and payroll processes.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
