People Operations Specialist

About the role

Yuno is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own and elevate the day‑to‑day employee experience across the full lifecycle. This remote, LATAM‑focused role will ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and HR data integrity for a fast‑growing fintech company.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes.
• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs across multiple LATAM countries.
• Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and propose scalable improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and external providers to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or people operations.
• Detail‑oriented, people‑first mindset with strong execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
