Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

SANY Chile, a global leader in heavy machinery, is looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Santiago. The role will support a strategic initiative to attract top talent across construction, mining, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications and present short‑listed profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, job offers, documentation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, headcount and KPI reports.
• Support the monthly payroll process, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions and personnel changes, and liaise with external payroll providers.
• Ensure compliance with Chilean labor legislation related to employment and payroll.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various positions and levels.
• Experience supporting or coordinating payroll processes and knowledge of Chilean labor legislation.
• Intermediate English proficiency and ability to work on‑site in Santiago.

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with HR systems / Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
