Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. This remote position will work closely with the recruiting, operations, and client services teams to identify talent, improve processes, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute staffing strategies for open positions across the organization.
• Gather and verify detailed candidate profiles and assignment requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to source and assess candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities within accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, project management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical abilities, extreme attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
