BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support a variety of recruiting projects. The role is fully remote and ideal for dynamic professionals who excel at organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Gather information on profile requirements and job assignments.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English.
• Desirable: Experience in IT recruitment.
