Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives across a global, fully‑remote workforce. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and verify profile requirements and job specifications.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English communication skills.
