Regional Marketing Product Manager Associate – Energy (Chile)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Marketing Product Manager Associate (PMA) for its Energy portfolio within the Surgery MedTech business in Chile. The role will support the execution of the regional marketing strategy for a LATAM portfolio, driving business performance and customer engagement across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the regional marketing plan for the Energy portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, regulatory, and R&D—to deliver insight‑driven, compliant marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform portfolio growth strategies.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, launch plans, and promotional activities.
• Track performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in product marketing or product management, preferably within MedTech or healthcare.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
