Survey Programmer QA Consultant (Decipher / Confirmit)

About the role

The Survey Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that market research surveys are accurate, functional, and compliant before and during fielding. You will work closely with project managers, programmers, and field operations to deliver high‑quality data collection.

Key responsibilities

• Review survey specifications and conduct comprehensive testing of programmed surveys, validating logic, routing, quotas, randomization and termination criteria.
• Verify survey functionality across devices and browsers, including multilingual consistency.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track defects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor surveys during fielding, investigate respondent complaints, and coordinate corrective actions with programming and operations teams.
• Review survey data for inconsistencies, recommend quality controls, and support automation initiatives such as AI‑based QA tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Research, Statistics, Information Systems, Psychology or related field (preferred).
• Experience in survey programming, market research operations or quality assurance, preferably with online survey platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Confirmit or Decipher survey platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with SQL Server; knowledge of Cursor is a plus.
