Channel Marketing Manager – Chile

About the role

The Channel Marketing Manager will own marketing for a specific distribution channel across Chile and the wider Latin America region. You will identify strategic opportunities, develop channel‑specific marketing strategies and act as the single point of contact for sales and business units within the assigned channel.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and customers to design and profitably execute channel‑specific programs that drive sales growth throughout Latin America.
• Maintain pricing integrity, program consistency and promotion alignment while spotting potential conflicts across other channels.
• Manage an annual budget for channel programs, promotions and merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with National and Regional Account Managers to create annual business plans covering promotions, new product launches, advertising and support.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and recommend annual commercial plans, including advertising and promotional strategies.
• Define optimal product assortments using category‑management techniques and market research.
• Develop merchandising and point‑of‑purchase material for new launches and cross‑merchandising.
• Serve as liaison for new product teams, providing market insights for product development.

Required profile

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business (MBA preferred) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in Latin America, preferably within plumbing, electrical or industrial distribution channels.
• Strong analytical, computer, communication and presentation abilities.
