Registered Nurse – Emergency Services

About the role

Join Olympic Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services department, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients in fast‑paced, unpredictable situations. You will work on Washington State’s scenic North Olympic Peninsula, providing critical care and supporting a positive image of professional nursing.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency and crisis patients.
• Respond promptly to unpredictable and high‑stress clinical situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and uphold professional nursing standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• Minimum two years of emergency and/or ICU experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire (both within 1 year).
• TNCC certification within 6 months of hire.
• NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire.
