Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking remote Android developers to join a paid AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models. The work is fully asynchronous, flexible up to 40 hours per week, and open to engineers at any seniority level across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
