Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating AI‑generated code. This flexible, asynchronous position is ideal for software engineers across Latin America who want to contribute to improving AI models while working on a project‑based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
