Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Logistics Analyst to oversee hardware logistics across the organization. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, drive cost‑effective acquisitions, and use data‑driven insights to support teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira.
• Maintain inventory records and updates in SAP.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory through SAP and Jira dashboards.
• Create and track retrieval requests for hardware assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets, or inventory management.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
