Remote React Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote React Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving code‑generation models. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help the model learn.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Experience with React or front‑end development.
