About the role

We are seeking a Remote Solutions Architect to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. This flexible, asynchronous position is ideal for software engineers across Latin America who want to contribute to AI model performance while working on a project‑based schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.
