Sales Consultant – Surgical Consumables (Santiago, Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Consultant to lead our surgical consumables business in Santiago, Chile. You will be responsible for developing the annual sales plan, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key hospitals and surgeons.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales plan for Chile, focusing on surgical staplers and bariatric consumables.
• Analyse market potential, identify new business opportunities and optimise the product portfolio.
• Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with major public and private hospitals and key opinion leaders.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, providing strategic feedback to headquarters.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably with surgical staplers, laparoscopic instruments or bariatric consumables.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); additional proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong asset.
• Based in Santiago, Chile and able to work independently within a remote team structure.
