Sales Manager – Industrial Boilers Solutions

About the role

Bosch Chile is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of its Industrial Boilers business within the VP division. The role will lead commercial strategy, develop new market opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for high‑value boiler solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial plan for Industrial Boilers in Chile.
• Identify priority markets, segments and high‑potential customers.
• Develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.
• Analyse market trends, competitors and emerging technologies to shape growth strategies.
• Translate market insights into commercial priorities and long‑term business plans.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing and after‑sales support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑level executives, operations, maintenance, engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of complex technical‑commercial proposals ensuring profitability and compliance with Bosch quality standards.
