Sales Manager – Industrial Boilers & Thermal Solutions

About the role

Bosch Group in Chile is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth of its Industrial Boilers and Thermal Solutions business. The role will lead commercial strategy, develop new market opportunities and manage key customer relationships across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial plan for industrial boilers, identifying priority markets and high‑potential customers.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to shape growth initiatives.
• Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high‑value solutions, from prospecting to negotiation, closing and after‑sales support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑level executives, operations, maintenance, engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Develop and present technical‑commercial proposals ensuring profitability and compliance with Bosch quality standards.
• Promote new products and services related to steam, hot‑water, water‑tube boilers, combustion systems and energy‑efficiency solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial sales or business development, preferably in boiler or thermal‑process markets.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and technical requirements of boiler systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Results‑driven mindset with a strategic outlook.
