Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (MBB & Top‑Tier Firms)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Senior Consultant you will work remotely on a project‑based basis, designing realistic consulting scenarios that help train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure the consulting content aligns with AI training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• None specific technical tools are mandated; onboarding will cover lightweight tools used in the project.
