Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to own end‑to‑end problems and shape how our team builds, from API design and frontend experience through to backend services, production reliability and launch. You will work on a cross‑border payments platform serving SMEs and consumers in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own features across the stack that move money and manage multi‑currency balances, including onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement and supporting services.
• Lead delivery of customer‑facing features from UI to backend services.
• Own production health for your domain, including reliability, observability, on‑call duties and incident response.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery with product, design and compliance from problem framing through launch.
• Conduct design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor mid‑level engineers.
• Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) daily and modernize legacy services alongside architects.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React or equivalent.
• Strong backend proficiency in C#/.NET preferred; other OOP languages (Java, Kotlin, Go) acceptable.
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Daily use of AI‑assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Production experience on AWS, including hands‑on deployment, CI/CD pipelines and services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS and Lambda.
• Strong system design and architecture experience with service‑oriented, micro‑services and event‑driven patterns.
• Payments, FX or regulated‑industry experience is a plus.
