Senior Manager, LATAM Commercial

About the role

The Senior Manager, LATAM Commercial will be based in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile and will join the newly formed DePuy Synthes organization following the planned separation of Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics business. This senior leadership position sits within the IT function and is responsible for guiding the commercial activities across Latin America during a critical transition period.

Key responsibilities

• Support the 18‑to‑24‑month separation process of the Orthopaedics business into the independent DePuy Synthes company.
• Coordinate with works councils, employee representative bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal IT and commercial teams to align commercial strategy with the emerging DePuy Synthes operating model.
• Facilitate communication of employment terms, benefit plans and policy changes to affected employees.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a commercial or technology environment.
• Ability to operate in a multinational, highly regulated healthcare setting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
