Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing

About the role

This senior position leads the strategy, planning and execution of high‑impact experiential marketing programs across Chile and globally. You will shape in‑person events that drive pipeline, accelerate deals and deepen customer relationships within a remote‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution and performance measurement of enterprise‑level events and experiential programs.
• Develop pipeline‑generation plans by targeting key accounts, setting opportunity goals and designing post‑event follow‑up motions with sales and business development.
• Manage all operational aspects of events, including agency coordination, vendor contracts, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag and budget oversight.
• Create integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships and content to attract high‑value attendees.
• Track and report metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, ROI, attendance and deal acceleration.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design and marketing operations to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, execution and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability, proactively managing risks and communicating with stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential or event marketing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology or digital services.
• Proven track record of delivering events that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and comfort with AI‑enabled tools.
• Ability to manage complex, fast‑paced projects in a collaborative, remote‑first environment.
