Senior Managing Consultant – Advisors Client Services, Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead its Advisors Client Services, Strategy & Transformation practice. You will work with a diverse global client base, helping them solve strategic, tactical, operational and transformational challenges through data‑driven insights and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements.
• Develop and implement strategies and programs for large regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology to unlock value.
• Own key relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture and change readiness.
• Guide teams to generate creative insights, sound business recommendations and impactful client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal specialists in performance analytics, business experimentation, marketing and program management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in management consulting, preferably within strategy and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑centric mindset.
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering high‑impact recommendations.
• Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
