Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive financial performance while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment, retain talent, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate diverse, remote teams.
