Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for a global client base. Working remotely, you will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
• Foster a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive experience in the IT industry with a solid understanding of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating diverse teams.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
