Senior Project Manager – Web & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Project Manager to lead strategic web and digital programmes for a global SaaS leader. The role is fully remote, based in Chile, and works closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the web programme roadmap.
• Lead website releases from planning through launch.
• Drive strategic cross‑functional go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Partner with Design, Development, Content, QA, Marketing and Product teams.
• Build scalable project‑management frameworks and processes.
• Identify risks, manage priorities and keep projects on track.
• Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve how teams plan and deliver work.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Strong background in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, SEO and web analytics.
• WordPress experience is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience using Notion, Slack and Google Workspace.
