Senior Project Manager – Web & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead strategic web and digital programs for a global SaaS leader. This fully remote position based in Chile will work with cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Design and Engineering to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the web program roadmap and website release cycles from planning to launch.
• Drive strategic go‑to‑market initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with Design, Development, Content, QA, Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment.
• Build scalable project‑management frameworks, identify risks and keep projects on track.
• Present progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in web, digital, marketing or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, improve processes and deliver complex, multi‑team projects.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
