Senior Project Manager (Web & GTM Programs)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives within a global Go‑To‑Market organization. The role is based in Chile and requires an advanced level of English. You will own the web program roadmap and partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic GTM programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into scalable operational processes and execution frameworks.
• Own the web program roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and drive delivery from intake through post‑launch analysis.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, priorities and decision‑making.
• Build and improve project‑management methodologies, templates, workflows and operating models.
• Monitor program health, identify risks and proactively resolve dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives and process optimisation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in digital or marketing operations.
• Proven track record leading strategic, cross‑functional initiatives involving Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
