Senior Social and Community Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Social and Community Strategist to shape our brand presence and drive audience engagement across digital ecosystems in Chile. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging storytelling, AI‑powered workflows and community‑driven growth to elevate brand authority.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the social media strategy for key platforms, including editorial planning, publishing cadence and audience growth.
• Manage and expand presence in online communities such as forums, Slack groups, Reddit channels and industry‑specific networks.
• Lead employee‑advocacy programs by providing content resources, playbooks and engagement frameworks.
• Monitor social listening tools to surface insights for marketing, product, sales and leadership.
• Collaborate with design, video, PR and content teams to produce platform‑native social content and campaigns.
• Build and oversee influencer, creator and partnership initiatives aligned with brand positioning.
• Support social communication during high‑visibility events, product launches or reputation‑critical moments.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on engagement quality, sentiment and business impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B social media, community management or digital brand strategy experience.
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn and other channels for enterprise SaaS or technology brands.
• Experience scaling employee‑advocacy programs with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of community dynamics on forums, Reddit, Slack and similar networks.
• Strong written communication and storytelling abilities.
