Site Activation Coordinator (Remote – Chile)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Coordinator to support clinical study start‑up activities for investigative sites in Chile. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the Site Activation Manager and cross‑functional project teams to ensure regulatory and contractual documents are prepared, reviewed, and distributed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site activation tasks for assigned studies, adhering to local and international regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Review and prepare regulatory documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Notify team members when regulatory and contractual documents are finalized for each site.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project stakeholders.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with up‑to‑date information.
• Track and follow up on the approval and execution of documents such as ethics submissions, Informed Consent Forms, and Investigator Packs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or soon to graduate) in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
