Solution Architect – AI Agent Solutions

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered assistants and agent frameworks on cloud AI platforms. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, cloud‑based AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI agent frameworks that enable scalable and efficient solution delivery.
• Build AI assistants that meet both business and technical requirements.
• Lead solution implementation using AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert business needs into technical architecture.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks and tools for each use case.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure architectural best practices across AI‑driven projects.
• Review and refine solution architecture to align with evolving business goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in solution architecture for AI‑driven systems.
• Deep expertise with AI agents frameworks and AI assistants.
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Strong ability to design scalable cloud‑based AI solutions.
• Proven track record translating business requirements into technical architecture.
• Experience leading cross‑functional implementation teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
