Sourcing Specialist

About the role

One Park Financial (OPF), a financial technology company that connects small businesses with flexible financing, is looking for a Sourcing Specialist. You will identify, engage and support top talent throughout the hiring process: sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and scheduling applicants, managing recruitment communications and keeping accurate records in ATS systems. The role also supports onboarding, candidate experience initiatives and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for incoming calls, direct inquiries to the right team member and handle outbound correspondence
• Greet visitors and respond to candidate questions via social media
• Manage interview and new hire schedules and send confirmation emails
• Handle preliminary and new hire paperwork and verify onboarding documents in line with company procedures
• Proctor testing according to customer-specific requirements
• Maintain job postings, review online applications and input data into ATS tools for tracking and reporting
• Screen and schedule prospective candidates, build candidate relationships and promote the company as a great place to work

Required profile

• Customer service experience
• Experience with selection processes such as video and phone interviewing and reference checks
• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency

Required skills

• Knowledge of Office 365
• Use of ATS tools and databases to source candidates
