Staffing Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Staffing Consultant to strategically analyze and manage its pool of vetted IT candidates. You will act as a bridge between Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely and revenue‑driven staffing for IT business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end staffing for open positions, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review, filter, and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up to date and clean any outdated listings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in the IT industry with a strong business and process orientation.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
