Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze our vetted candidate pool and staff IT business opportunities. The role bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely placements and revenue goals while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Maintain and clean job openings to keep them up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the vetting process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
