Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design realistic consulting project environments that will be used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. The role is fully remote, freelance, and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning tasks for AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mirror the workflow of top‑tier consulting firms.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑scale AI output assessment.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the consulting scenarios are compatible with the training pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools are required; training on lightweight platforms will be provided.

What we offer

• Fully remote, flexible freelance engagement.
• Opportunity to shape how next‑generation AI systems learn high‑level business reasoning.
• Collaboration with a growing community of top‑tier consultants and AI experts.
