Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI training environments. In this remote, project‑based position you will translate real consulting engagements into structured scenarios that teach advanced language models how to reason through complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that mirror actual client work.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable automated assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the scenarios integrate smoothly into reinforcement‑learning pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience designing consulting deliverables and evaluation criteria.
