Talent Acquisition Consultant – Strategic Recruitment Partner

About the role

WHO&Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to act as a strategic business partner for a leading multinational client. You will advise leaders on talent strategies and drive high‑impact recruitment processes in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, specialist and leadership positions.
• Partner with leaders to define roles, design sourcing strategies and make hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute direct search and specialized sourcing campaigns.
• Manage multiple recruitment pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Analyse labour market trends and talent availability to shape sourcing approaches.
• Monitor Talent Acquisition metrics, generate insights and present executive reports.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Consulting experience at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG) in Talent Acquisition, Human Capital or People Consulting.
• Proven experience leading recruitment for professional, specialist or leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and consultative influencing abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
