About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support end‑to‑end recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while meeting the organization’s staffing needs. You will act as a key liaison between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring alignment with hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct an initial phone call with candidates to assess English proficiency and schedule subsequent interviews.
• Perform floor‑walks to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between recruiters and candidates.
• Inform recruiters of the daily interview agenda.
• Re‑engage candidates who missed scheduled interviews.

Required profile

• Prior experience in talent acquisition or candidate sourcing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work on‑site.
• English proficiency of at least 90% according to The Office Gurus standards or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with call‑center operations is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for connecting people with career opportunities.
